National Grid are repairing a HV incident in the area affecting our mains supply, with an estimated restoration time of 04:00am at present.

Our Redditch datacentre is currently running on generator power due to a power cut in the area. Engineers are monitoring the site.
During this maintenance window we will be resetting some PPP sessions for broadband users connecting via Vodafone backhaul.
This is required to re-balance broadband sessions after previous network maintenance. A brief disconnect and re-connect will be observed for some xDSL/FTTP users during the following window:18/07/2025 - 01:00-02:00 BST
