VeloxServ - Notice history

We will be performing some network maintenance in Telehouse North during this window.

We will be carrying out a general tidy up and making diversity improvements in this PoP. Customers with diverse services will see their secondary connection be moved briefly during the maintenance.

Any customers with single fed services in this site will not see any disruption to service, and we don't anticipate any service affecting outages for either diversly fed or single fed customers.

During this window we will be performing a JUNOS upgrade to our second core router in VeloxServ DC3, Redditch.

We expect a brief outage of up to 10 minutes during this window whilst routing-engines are switched over.

During this window we will be performing upgrades to our core router in Equinix LD8, London.

This maintenance requires a full power down of the device to install new control boards and routing-engines into the device running new JUNOS.

Customers with services fed directly from core1-ld8 will experience an outage of approximately 30 minutes during this window.

Other external connectivity such as peering and transit will be re-routed to alternative paths cleanly before the outage.
