    During this window we will be performing a software upgrade on the following router located in our Datum, Manchester PoP:

    core1-dtm.mcr.as3170.net


    Customers with services fed directly from core1-dtm will experience an outage of approximately 30 minutes during this window.

    Other external connectivity such as peering and transit will be re-routed to alternative paths cleanly before the outage.

    We are currently aware of an issue with our DDoS protection that may be causing packet loss for some users. Our team is actively working with our provider to resolve this as quickly as possible. At this time, we do not believe this is the result of an ongoing DDoS attack.
